1 – If your nails are painted, start by removing the nail polish with an Acetone-free polish remover.
2 – Apply cuticle softener to your cuticles on your left hand
3 – Soak your left hand in warm water for 2-3 minutes
4 – With a cuticle pusher, push your cuticles back on the left hand. Don’t push them too far because the cuticles protect the bed nail.
